I started my career in 2003 as an English teacher in Manchester, I served as Head of  House and Assistant Head of English in the first few years of my career. In 2009, I moved to another Manchester school as Head of English, over the following  eight years, I worked my way up to Assistant Headteacher and then Deputy Headteacher. I expanded my experience by moving to a Warrington school as Deputy Headteacher in 2017 and then in 2019, I started my journey as Headteacher at Birchwood Community High School. I have also served as a Specialist Leader of Education, spoken at numerous National Conferences and hold a MA in Educational Leadership.

 

In my role as Director of Education for One Community Trust, I am deeply passionate about:
